Return & Refund Policy

Please contact returns@nostrumshop.com for all refunds and/or returns. Must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, provided via e-mail, to refund and return product.
Must be returned in 30 days to receive refund.
Must be unused and unopened for 100% refund.
Restocking fee of 20% will apply.
Must be purchased directly through nostrumshop.com. Nostrum products purchased through third-party links are to be returned to and refunded by only that third-party.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special order items are non-refundable.

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours (or by the next business day) from time of purchase (for regular purchases) to receive full refund.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded or canceled.
Pre-ordered products may be canceled anytime before the date of release.
